Silly kaun?
December 14, 2009
It’s fun. Sometimes silly. Have you come across Silicone Boobs across you? Well if it sounds something to fantasize, wait.. let me explain the Silicone Boobs theory.
In any gathering it’s very common to come across some characters who voluntarily raise their voices to be overheard by some just to let know that there’s something they are aware of what possibly some are ignorant about.
Or say in a conversation with someone who tries and exaggerates his ideas much to the extreme.
Then there are people who nevertheless they have no idea on the subject, master to project that nothing escapes them.
Likewise there are advisors with some illogical and worldly wisdoms of no use.
I call these characters as Silicone Boobs. Discovered to give that ultra cosmetic look and an envious middle figure, silicones have been extensively talked and laughed about.
Prosthetically a bust to the overall “flat” structure is something that silicone gloriously does.
Empty, hollow and flat – these characters too have their own artificial projections. Their actions try to reveal much more than otherwise they are actually build of. And more so like silicone boobs, they are to fascinate and project to the outer world.
So the next time, you come across a character of such an intellect, just close your eyes and remember Pamela’s assets.
Any comments?
Status Quo’nundrum’
December 9, 2009
I wonder sometimes whether organizations which maintain a status quo are more of a non adaptive ones or that which can challenge any change with its long existing systems and mindsets !
Conventional wisdom has been questioned by many authors in their printed works. Much has been scripted on change necessity, change barriers, innovation and creativity, out of box thinking etc..etc..
I doubt whether there has been a research on those practices of any organization which stay strong even amidst crisis and still manage to win the race…I really doubt for two reasons..One, there won’t be any I suspect; Second, there won’t be any because there can’t be any.
Na, I am not intending values or principles. I am clearly hinting at resistance to change.
People build organizations. And people build a organization’s culture. But this culture gets developed over a long tenure. And people who stay in the organization for a long time contribute maximum. Over the years, the new breed sometimes suffers. A clash of mindsets become frequent thus impacting the overall organization’s “quality” of operations!
This might be a common conundrum. I think I should leave this here and not volunteer to suggest any development of capabilities or non-risk aversive techniques…I should leave that to authors.

Kindergarten thought..
December 5, 2009
Jack was always over ambitious. Highly energetic. He had an ardent desire to conquer the world.
Jack was synonymous with enthusiasm. He had a chivalric nature which was an envy. He had the knack to amuse. His flamboyant stories were famous.
Jack loved heroic moments. He personified a relentless commitment to his adventures. And he quite often got through successfully.
Jack could impress. Women loved to wine with him. Jack was a sought after by lovely gals whom he mesmerized to perfection.
Jack lived in today. He seldom dwelled upon on thoughts like what tomorrow.
But Jack could not foresee destiny. He never knew he would fall one day. So terribly that he would rarely get up. As he went up the hill, he was overjoyed. He could now quench his need. He was hero once again. Jill was pleased. They kissed each other and made love..…..
And the rest is history!
